3-axis CNC milling allows us to produce precise moulds from various materials, which are suitable for injection moulding of rubber, plastics etc.
3-axis CNC milling
For tool manufacture, we use our own CNC milling machines to mill a variety of materials:
– GENTIGER GT-66V, working stroke: 740 x 500 x 400 mm, 24000 rpm.
LEEDWELL v30i, working stroke: 760 x 510 x 610 mm, 12000 rpm (possibility of machining larger panels)

All tools are made in-house and with our own machines, so the process of making your tool is fast. As we do not outsource, we do not have to wait for partners to complete the works. We start with CNC machining immediately after the design has been completed and work on it until we have the finished product.
