Immersion erosion
Creating complex engravings and shapes by using copper electrodes to achieve the desired rough or fine matte surface
Complex shapes
As we cannot make all engravings and shapes with CNC milling, we help ourselves with immersion erosion. By using the electrode (a copper negative cavity space for the desired shape) and electro pulses, we burn the material out of all electrically conductive metals to achieve the desired shape and specific surfaces.
The machine we use for immersion erosion is the Ingersoll Gantry 500, with the possibility of processing panels up to dimensions of 746×646 mm.
